Hey Mom,
So I was wondering why I haven't gotten the package yet, I never thought about the Tornado Problem. It is pretty crazy weather with the tornado weather, I never did see one, they didn't get close enough for me to see it, but it was pouring and hailing when they were around us and the wind was insane! The sirens go off all the time! But we are all safe now. There really isn't any safe places for us to really go to in the house if there is a tornado. They don't have a shelter at the house I stay at, so the safest place is probably the hall bathroom because there isn't any windows there. The tornado is Joplin was terrible, it destroyed the stake center there but the funny thing is that there was a wall that still stayed up and it was the wall with the tithing slips in the wooden box and all of the slips stayed in the box. Funny huh? hehe. There was also a picture of Jesus that stayed hung on the wall.
Today is Car appreciation day. That is whenever there is a preventable accident that occurs or when a missionary gets a ticket, all the missionaries that have a car in the mission have to bike for the entire day, so we biked to the library and I am literally soaked in sweat, it's not even that hot YET!! Ugh. Haha oh well. So Lauren got a letter from Elder Hansen? We were in the MTC together, He's really cool.He is in my mission area. I was going through some pictures with him on my camera and a picture of Lauren came up and he instantly wanted to write her.Haha She doesn't have to write him back if she doesn't want to.
This week went pretty good, on Wednesday we had a mission tour with Elder Larry W. Gibbons of the Seventy, it went really good!!! It lasted for about 6 or so hours and he was talking about how we need to work with members with missionary work. They work with there friends and we teach them. It's very effective and it beats tracking by a long shot. Tracking is so usless. I was told that stastistics say that for every 1000 doors you knock on, you will get 1 or 2 baptisms. Talk about wearing out the rubber on the souls of your shoes. So we are working with members and its turning out really good!!
We had to push our baptism date with Heath a week because a lot of members in the ward will be in Joplin helping out there on his regular date so a lot of people wouldn't be there. He was fine with it so it will now be on June 11th. We are still very excited!!! I have been e-mailing Dillon every week and he is doing really good. He said that he too had a mission tour and Elder Christofferson of the 12 came and spoke. Thats cool! If I could pick a Apostle to come and speak, it would be Elder Holland. He rocks!!!!
Yes. Please do give the letter to the Rooks. Thanks! Did Angie say anything? That is crazy that the Newcombs are moving again!! Geez they move more than we do lol Just kidding. Well I better get going, I hope that you are all having a fantastic week! I'll talk to you all soon. I love you and you are all always in my prayers!!!! :) Thanks for everything! Tell everyone hello for me.
Love, Elder Daniel Stuart
P.S. Oh! Before I forget, I was on exchanges with another missionary in his area and we knocked on his investigators door and a very very Fat man open the door. Not a big deal, right? Wrong!! He was in nothing but a towel!! So....Hairy..... and fat.......AND... He's towel started to fall off while we were there!!! Nightmares!!!

Hey!
Don't have a whole lot of time but I'll try to hurry. This week has been great! We had a baptism on saturday and it went fantastic! her name is Jennifer Borutski and she is glowing so much more than when I first saw her. We have Another baptism on June 4th!!! His name is Heath Hipp and he is super cool! Very snmart guy. He practically taught us the first lesson and he already has plans to go to Navoo in August. So the work is going fantastic here!!! Oh by the way, there aren't any Wells Fargo banks in the south, Just in the West. The weather here has been insanly insane!!We get tornado warnings all the time. There was a Huge tornado in Joplin Missiouri that was about a mile wide and it literally destroyed the city. The missionaries there are fine but I heard their appartment got destroyed and the church building was destroyed so far there are 85 dead. I feel so bad for them. The first building that it hit was the Hospital. I'd like to help out. Sorry to hear about Penny, that is really terrible. I'll keep her in my prayers for sure. Tell the Girls I said Hello! and I love them! did you talk to those people at the store yet!? That is great that Ben got his call. Well that is just about it. Noting else has been going on. Hope all is well and have a great week. I'll talk to you next week!!
P.S. Pictures soon.

Hey Mom!
This week was fantastic! we had a few days tho that were slowish but the work is great! We are working very hard. All tho there are a LOT of people here that are very comfortable with the religion that they have so it can be pretty hard to convince somthing to them. We have a baptism this saturday night, I'm so excited! and we have a few in the future. The weather last week was actually nice and cool, but it was getting pretty warm but we'll see how this coming week goes. But Elder Gordon and I are getting along real well, He is a great companion and is really good with his doctrine, he doesn't sugarcoat anything to anyone. The ward is great and huge!!! There are over 300 members in this ward and they are really nice people. I live with Bishop Nielsen and his wife, they are the sweetest people that I have ever met, all the missionaries that have lived with them calls Sister Nielsen, Mom. Don't worry mom nobody could ever replace you!! Hmmm.... nothing else has really been happening, Oh! there is this investigator here that has a zip line! except its a swing chair instead of handles. I went on it, I felt like Batman!! Well I'll be looking forward to the package! The only thing that I can think of that I need is Money, Since transfers came, I spent a load of money to re-stock the pantry, so I'm broke. Also, if its possible, can you send me some healthy stuff to eat? I'm trying to stay away from sweets hehe. Oh I have pictures to send you later this week, sorry I forgot again. Well I got to go, I hope that Lauren continues to work hard with her friend! and I hope that everyone is doing great out there! I love you all!! Thanks again for your love and support!!

Hello!
It was AWESOME that I got to talk to you all yesterday!!! I sure did enjoy hearing your voices. I hope that everyone is doing great out there. Well, here I am in Owasso Oklahoma, I thought I was going to Ranch Creek but aparently that is the ward that I attend haha. Its a great ward! It is a huge ward and everyone here is really nice! the real bummer about the time I go to church here is that right after church is the singles ward so I get to see all of the gorgeous single ladies walk past me with my jaw dropped haha.... Elder Gordon is my companion and he is a great guy, he is also a very hard worker so we don't really have any time to waste, which is good. We live with a family, the Nielsens I haven't met them yet, they are out of town, Brother Nielsen is the Bishop, so that is pretty cool, they have a really big house!!! and its super nice inside. The address is 9212 N. 132nd E. Ave. Owasso Oklahoma, 74055.
Not a whole lot is going on here, I'm really happy that I'm working hard, it keeps me focus and more dedicated! I love helping people. Oh, just so you know, I wasn't sad at all when I hung up with you, This is a good sign that I am doing much better. Don't get me wrong, I miss you all and love you so much. SO, not much to report yet. We have a baptism coming up on the 21st of this month, her name is Jennifer, I walked into this baptism, so I really didn't do anything, I haven't even taught her yet. But I have seen her at church and she is nice. Oh, you asked what my shirt size is, its 161/2 - 17. I have a shirt that is 161/2 and another that is 17 so there you go! I better get going, but I hope that all is going well for you, I'll talk to you next week and don't forget to talk to those people for me please!!! Love you all!!

Hey there!
Geez... it doesn't even feel like I'm going to talk to you, It feels as if it was just Christmas time and I was talking to you. Bizzare huh? Time is crusing by. Just about 8 months out!! So transfer call came in the other night, I'm going to Ranch Creek Oklahoma and my companion will be Elder Gordon, he's been out for a year, and I'm staying with another family, the head of the house is the bishop. I was talking to one of the Assistant Presidents and he told me that Ranch Creek is a awesome place to serve! a zone leader told me that Elder Gordon is a real hard worker and a great guy and I'm in another Car area. I don't know the address yet but I will tell you it on Sunday when I call, that way you can give it out to everyone. Oh and btw we have a new mission office address incase you didn't have it. Mission office : 3640 S. New Haven Ave suite Oklahoma Tulsa Mission, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74135.
So this week was pretty good, It was slow with work so we did some tracting. Ugh.... lol. But we are still working hard and the blessing will come sooner or later, Elder Shaw is a very hard worker and a great companion, I literally haven't laughed so hard for a while since i've been with him. I'm pretty excited to go to Ranch Creek, I've absolutly loved serving in the Fort Smith Zone but I need to get away from this chaos. I didn't even get nervous when Transfer calls came in, probably because I knew I was leaving, but whatever lol. I am excited to meet the people and teach out there. I've gotten letters from members in Alma and they say that It's kind of misserable now that I'm gone, Its sad but I need to go.
How are things going for you all at home? How is the weather? Is it rainny like it is here? are Grandma and Grandpa still there? how is the new house? is Dwight working a lot? at all? I'm not sure when I'll be able to call you because I don't know when Church gets out there. I don't even know if I'll be able to talk to Lauren, Hopefully I will. I better get going, I hope that you all have a great week!!! Thanks for your support and love. Oh and for the putting money in my account. It really helps out. Tell everyone hi for me!! Talk to you very soon!!!
