Hey Mom,

How's it going? this week was SO much better than it has been for a while now, Ever sense I got transfered, I have been working my Butt off and feeling the spirit more too. Elder Shaw is so awesome! We have been working alot and we just invited 2 new families to be baptized!! one is in June and the other in July, too bad I won't be there for any of them. But It's for the best I suppose. In a way, I'm pretty happy that I got Transfered, sure I miss Alma and the people A LOT!! but The past few weeks there were tough, I couldn't work at all and the useless rumors didn't help at all, not to mention my companion driving me up the wall.

So, Amber got baptized huh? Thats amazing!!! I wanted to call and talk to her to congradulate her but I can't. Its okay tho, Was she pretty happy about it? How was Dwight? Thats awesome that I get to talk to you guys soon! It just felt like I was talking to you guys on Christmas. I doubt it that I can talk to you on Skype, Our mission is pretty strict with rules, we can't even go fishing anymore.... But Joey comes home soon! I cannot believe it! he just left!!!

I've been taking a lot of pictures lately but I forgot to bring to cord for the computer. Maybe next week. The weather here has been so insane! Its been pouring here off and on for almost 2 weeks now, I hear the Tornado alarms almost every day, they went off yesterday in church and we had bring everyone into the chapel for safety because there are no windows there. There was a huge storm last night tho. It was pretty cool. Easter here was pretty cool, We didn't do anything, we didn't even have a dinner appointment! Lame I know. I got the package! Thanks!! I love it! I'm wearing the tie now! I was going to wear it for Easter but I completely spaced it. I hope that you are all doing well. Take care! I love you!!! Thanks for every thing mom.

*** Daniel's last two letters were kinda personal and short. He is having some issues with his companion right now. That is why there is a gap in his letters on the blog.***

Hey Mom,

So I'm sorry for the short fuse last week, I was just letting out a lot of steam that was built up inside of me for a while now, A member gave me a blessing last week that really helped me out a lot, he was crying when he gave me it, he said that he can literally feel the pain inside of me. I don't blame him for crying, its not a very nice to be right now....
This week was better than the last one, I think that he is realizing how much of a jerk he is to members so he is starting to change slowly. He is super trunky too so that doesn't help.

I got the small package the other day! thanks! I really loved it!! I'm looking forward to talking to you on mothers day, Holy cow! it feels like Christmas was just the other day. I cannot believe that I've been out for 7 months already!!! Crazy huh? It has been going by so dang fast!!! Where does the time go? Tell Amber I said Happy Birthday! and that I love her!!!!! Tell Grandpa that I said Happy Birthday as well and he better have at least some color in his hair when I get home. ;)

The weather here has been quite warm lately, the other day it was in the mid 90's with 50% humidity, the heat really doesn't bother me that much, I just sweat a lot so I'm consistantly thirsty. We have also been on Tornado watch off and on for a week or so now, not a huge deal. There is a city tornado shelter that we can go to. But the Bugs here are huge!!!! The bumble bees are the size of a large marble, the wasps are gigantic and the mosquitos are big also! I hit them with my hands all the time!! I just need to stay out of high grass areas, there are ticks and chiggers in there and they are murder!!

I'm looking forward to the package!!! I guess if I could pick anything for you to get me it would be ties and money and pictures. I'm good on shirts and slacks. :) This summer is going to be a crazy one, Huge bugs, I'll be 20, the heat, taking a shower in my sweat. Yep, life is good. I still haven't eaten anything crazy yet and I really want to! I even want to try Mountain Oysters, Why? I don't know, Just to say I have I guess. Lol. If you don't know what that is, ask Dwight, I'm sure he knows. Thanks for your support! I love your letters. I wish more people would right me. I could use my friends support too!!!

Hey Mom, How're you doing? I have to make this quick, The computers are being timed now for a hour so I have to hurry, Things here are going great, This past week was kind of slow, We decided to walk around to save some miles and that really hurt us this week, But its ok. Numbers don't matter, To me at least, Some others it does. Thats great that you are moving in on Saturday, Very exciting. Transfer calls came in on Saturday night and we are both staying, I was super nervious I lost some weight in the process. I'm doing alright, Being a missionary is seriously all Physicaly, Mentally, Spiritually, and Emotionally....Draining.... I can only take so much of it and it really stresses me out. I gets annoying sometimes but I love it at the same time too haha. Good thing I have the Chandler family here in Alma!!! I love them all!! there kids are great!!! Sister Chandler is one of my best friends here.
Ummm lets see, we have a few baptisms coming up in Late April and a few in the middle I think, We finally are getting our investigators to come to church, Its as if someone hit them over the head and they finally got some common sense. I'm very thankful to have this happen. That is Hilarious to read what Kaelyn said at church, Haha!!! Just like her to do that. I'm happy to hear that Adam gave Lauren a Blessing, He's a great guy, he was my Home teacher companion before I left. Funny guy. I hope she gets better soon. Well I got to get going, I hope all is well for you all, I'm very happy to hear that Dwight passed all of his Exams. Yes!!! I love you all. Thanks for praying for me, it helps!

Hey there!

I'm doing alright, My week was pretty good, We FINALLY had some investigators make it to church yesterday!!! They enjoyed it, Its a family of 6 and 3 of them are old enough and accepted to be baptised!! We also have some other people that are going to be baptized real soon! I think the earliest is April 2. She has such a strong testimony and loves everything that we have to say, Why can't everyone be like this? We really have been blessed here, it's so amazing!!! so this day light savings really threw me off big time, I set all the clocks an hour forward on friday instead of saturday and so I woke up on 5:30 AM on saturday for no reason what so ever. Man, you think after almost 20 years I'd get this right, right?

Hey! I did not scream like a girl!!!! I just hate spiders haha! I was as the Chandler's when that happened. They are so awesome!!!! I love that family to death!!!! We hardly had any dinner appointments last week and they invited us over for dinner like 3 or 4 times!!! Awesome huh?!? I'm glad that you saw those pictures! I'm really sorry that your asthma is acting up again, I wish there was something I could do, my allergies are picking up again... ugh... I can't believe that I've been out for 6 months!!! It's going by super fast!!! Transfers are next week on thursday I think. I'm not really nervous my companion only has one more transfer so I'll be here for a while!!!!! The assistants even tell me that! I don't want to leave Alma. Bummer that everyone has the stomach flu, I hope everyone gets well soon. Well, I got to go, I hope all is well with everyone! Hey there!

This week was GREAT! Friday was probably one of the greatest days that I have had on my mission yet. The Assistant to the Presidents (AP's) came out on a exchange with us and it was great! they helped us blitz the area and the missionary I was on a exchange with us was in my opinion the best missionary in the field! We get along so well. He asked me some questions about the mission and I flat out told him that people are too hell bent on doing whatever it takes to baptise someone, when there forgetting that the most important thing to do is to touch the people's hearts as much as possible. Love them, Love everyone, and Love the work. I'm not saying that all of them do that, just a lot. He told me that he agrees with me 100% and he likes my Ideas a lot!

Yesterday was soooo AWESOME! got 3 new investigators and all with a date! We tracted into a house with a mustang outside and it was my turn to talk. So I knocked on the door and really gorgeous woman opened the door and my jaw literally dropped.... I had to say something so I started talking about her mustang and related it to the gospel. Awesome right? and she invited us in!!! her boyfrend was inside and it was his car. But anyways. They both seem really interested and they accepted a date! I'm so excited!!!

So yeah Sister Egerton made me a Cherry pie and it was gooooood!!! I kinda figured that she told you. :P Thats great that Dwight is healing slowly but surely! I'm also happy to hear that the moving is going good! Thats so cool that Avatar 2 is coming out when I'm home. I knew they were making one already tho. Possibly a 3rd one as well. I got to get going but Tell Everyone that I love them sooooo much and that I miss them a lot too. I hope that all is well. I'm taking pictures but I forgot my camera :S I am looking forward to your package! Love you all!!

Hey Mom,

I'm doing pretty good, This week shot by real fast, I didn't even have time to blink! This week was alright, We had a lot of appointments fall through and non of them come to church!! come on people! so that is really frustrating but I'm not going to let it get to me, Its just another trial that is set in my path. That is crazy that you are getting that much snow in that much of a short period. The weather here is a tornado type, it's a warm feeling that is pretty relaxing so you know that is when a tornado is around. I guess the other night we were on tornado watch and I didn't even know about it. Last night a big storm blew through and I didn't hear a thing. I'm normally a light sleeper and I didn't hear that! Also, I guess we have been having earthquakes lately but only small ones. I think the biggest one was a 4.5. So no worries.

Thats fantastic that Amber is going to be baptized that soon! I really do wish that I was there to see it but this is where I need to be. Oh, so get this, last week we were listening to some talks on CD and I was putting another disk in and I heard Metallica, Master of Puppets playing! I was freaking out and laughing really hard, I quickly turned it off, bummer tho because I really do love that song. I'm glad to hear that you guys are going to get a lot of help with the move! So is the ward going to put my picture on a plack like the rest of the missionaries? Because I dont have one of those. Its amazing how many of my friends are getting married already. Hopefully not to many, I'd like to attend to some of them! That is also really cool that Garrett is doing great! I've lost weight too! I think I've lost like 6 or so pounds! which is good! I've been eating really healthy lately and doing a lot of sit ups and so forth! I haven't gotten a e-mail from him in a while. Hopefully soon tho. Naomi tells me that he has been really busy with his companion. Hopefully a lot more will write me too! I'll be sure to post more pictures soon. I keep forgetting! Geez.

Well I got to go, The only thing that I really do need is stamps I have one left and I'm broke again.Do you think you could put more money in my account? If not I understand. You have done so much for me Mom! THank you SO MUCH!!!YOu know, Lol you could always send me a package of whatever if you want! but no worries. (ties!!! :P) Love you all soooooo much!!!!!!
